We deliver a person centred care providing a service that enables vulnerable elderly adults to remain in their own home with a high standard of support and care from one of our trained and professional carers.
Our aim is to help our clients remain independent and make their home life as comfortable as possible.

High Quality Staff

The people who work for Grace Homecare are a very important part of our service, and we recruit only those who can deliver our quality service.

Recruitment

• Each member of our care team is personally interviewed.
• We request references.
• We carry out DBS checks.
• We check candidates have not been referred to the list for the Protection of Vulnerable Adults.

Training

• Our care team attend comprehensive and ongoing training, such as induction, manual handling and administering medication.
• All staff have either achieved or are working towards Care Certificates and  NVQ in Health and Social Care.

Assessment and management

• Each team member will have regular review and supervision meetings to maintain quality of service.
